For Prof. Dr. Henrik Schultz, Professor of Landscape Planning and Regional Development at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and landscape architect in the bdla, breaking new ground in teaching and thus inspiring students to take new approaches to the urgent tasks of landscape architecture is an essential part of teaching. For this, the European Council of Landscape Architecture Schools (ECLAS) has now presented Schultz with the "Outstanding Educator Award".

In addition to his commitment to students and his own research, Schultz is also involved in the further development of his own faculty. For example, he led the development of a new international Master's degree course, "Land Use Transformation", which approaches the topic of land use from different perspectives and which students from all over the world will be able to take at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences from the summer semester of 2026.
