At the general meeting held on 8 May 2026 in Hanover, a new executive committee was elected as scheduled.
Björn von Herck, managing partner at chora blau Landschaftsarchitektur Cordes Ney Schmidt van Herck PartG mbB, a firm of landscape architects and engineers in Hanover, was re-elected as chair.
Udo Hollemann, of Die Grünplaner Landscape Architects Hollemann Temmen PartGmbB in Meppen, and Gwendolyn Kusters – who was already deputy chair on the previous executive committee – were elected as his deputies; Ms Kusters will also represent the employees and civil servants.
On behalf of the Executive Board, Björn van Herck expressed his special thanks to Gotthard Storz for his many years of dedicated service on the Executive Board. Gotthard Storz will continue to accompany and support the bdla N+B as an advisory member.
With the newly elected Executive Committee, the regional association is well positioned for the coming years. The dedicated team will continue to tackle the tasks ahead with fresh ideas, creativity and great commitment.
