Updating of landscape framework plans in Lower Saxony - Information on awarding contracts in accordance with EU public procurement law

In Lower Saxony, the NLWKN in cooperation with G. Grobmeyer, landscape architect bdla, has drawn up new instructions for awarding contracts for the updating of landscape framework plans in accordance with EU public procurement law.
The preparation or updating of a landscape structure plan usually requires a Europe-wide invitation to tender when awarding a contract due to the expected total volume. The lower nature conservation authorities (UNB) now have at their disposal a specialist official working aid on the subject of "Awarding landscape structure plans" as a guide. In order to ensure its practicability, the working aid was fed back to several lower nature conservation authorities currently dealing with this topic.
