In addition to traditional project planning, we also welcome conceptual, green space planning, landscape architecture, urban planning and climate-effective projects. To highlight the unique selling points of landscape architecture, we would particularly like to encourage planners whose work focuses on the use of plants to submit their entries. The assessment criteria are sustainability, resilience, innovation, creativity and the quality of design and process.

By presenting the work in an appealing manner and highlighting its unique selling points, it should be possible to clearly illustrate each project on a single DIN A1 sheet accompanied by a brief explanatory text.

Thanks to our collaboration with Baukultur Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V., the .landschaftsarchitektur.preis can once again be effectively showcased in publications. In this respect, simply taking part in the process is a benefit for any practice and a great opportunity for its own public relations work! The sponsors of the nrw.landschaftsarchitektur.preis 2026 are RINN Beton- und Naturstein GmbH & Co. KG, Lorberg Quality Plants GmbH & Co. KG and the Verband Garten-, Landschafts- und Sportplatzbau NRW e.V.
