It is obvious that the construction of the future will have to change: the responsible use of limited primary resources and the use of existing materials through reuse or at least upcycling will accompany us in the coming years. In the meantime, more and more project developers are demanding concepts for orderly deconstruction after the use phase, as required by the NaWoh seal of the housing industry. This online seminar explains the need for action and describes the steps towards a new era in the use of building materials. This event is being held in cooperation with the GdW Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen e.V. and is funded by the impulse program of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
