"Pfaffenhofen to the Ilm" is the landscape planning concept of this year's garden show "Nature in Pfaffenhofen a. d. Ilm 2017". Through extensive structural measures, the river landscape of the Ilm was tastefully connected to the city. In Pfaffenhofen, a citizens' park, the Ilm terraces and play areas along the course of the river were created. Great importance was attached to barrier-free development in all planning.
