Seminar content:

Munich is a dense city. In the building application documents, a so-called "tree inventory plan" and an "open space design plan" must be submitted. These plans must deal with the diverse functional relationships in the open space around the building in terms of planning.

The focus is on internal circulation, height management, locations of protected existing trees, new divisions, trash enclosures and bicycle storage, garages or parking spaces, and small children's play on the property. Minimum distances should be maintained to private patios or garden areas, as well as to small children's play areas, and safe and child-friendly accessibility is important. The overall design should then also look good!

The two types of plans are presented in detail and successful and less successful solutions are shown using real plan examples and pictures. The testing aspects will be explained and there will be enough time for questions and discussion.

Paid and binding registration is required.

Parking facilities: Alpina parking garage at Stachus. Adolf-Kolping-Str. 10, Munich. Reduced conference rates are available. Please do not pay the parking ticket at the machine, but directly at the parking attendant.
