The sub-working group on the thematic focus on cities is concerned at various levels with greater integration of our profession in issues relating to climate adaptation, biodiversity, and sustainable urban and municipal development.

In the near future, we will have the opportunity to explore common goals with the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Agriculture / Office for Rural Development. Furthermore, we will discuss the future handling of urban open space with various authorities of the City of Munich and, together with the AG Ökonomie, sharpen the significance of the landscape architecture profession in this regard.
