The AG Young Talent connects students, young professionals and young landscape architects in Bavaria. The aim is to provide insights into practical work and everyday professional life, promote exchange and develop new formats for young talent. The working group's activities are coordinated by the junior representatives of bdla Bayern. The working group's activities are aimed in particular at students and young members who want to get involved in practical work, networking and career development at an early stage.

Meet & Eat

Meet & Eat is an office visit to landscape architecture or planning offices with project presentations and insights into everyday working life. Students and young planners get to know projects, teams and working methods directly on site. This is followed by an informal exchange over snacks and conversation.

Portfolio evening

At the portfolio evening, students present samples of their work and receive feedback from practitioners. Landscape architects from offices provide tips on presentation, content and application. The format is aimed at students and graduates who want to further develop their portfolio for internships or career entry.
